Building StudioDaze Omaha

A photo and content studio rental in Omaha's Benson neighborhood that I helped build, including its one-of-a-kind infinity cove, built by hand.

StudioDaze Omaha is a photo and content studio rental in Omaha’s Benson neighborhood, owned and operated by Mad Darling. I helped build it.

The centerpiece is a one-of-a-kind infinity cove I built by hand: a curved wall where floor and wall meet in one seamless background, so a subject appears to float in endless space. I also handled the carpentry around it, built the studio’s website, and ran its SEO. Below is a short timelapse from the build; a full build video is in the edit. Around it, the studio is set up for walk-in-and-shoot sessions, with props from vintage to modern and set design pieces for building a look quickly. It handles everything from small accessories to large products.

Lighting and composition help is available on the day of a session.

The studio is still taking bookings. More in StudioDaze Omaha.
