As Media and Marketing Director, I built a full content system with 150+ deliverables, including four community web series.

In 2021, Lincoln Select Real Estate Group (Nebraska Realty) needed one content strategy to strengthen their digital presence and support a fast-growing client base. They needed consistent video and photo, better social visibility, and a clearer brand across platforms.

I designed and ran a complete multi-platform content system: more than 150 deliverables across Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and their website.

What I delivered

  1. Creative direction: the team’s visual identity, including lighting, pacing, color, type, and messaging.
  2. High-volume video: cinematic walkthroughs, listing videos, community features, agent promos, and lifestyle pieces.
  3. A social content system: a structured posting pipeline and platform-ready templates for graphics, reels, and stories.
  4. Cross-platform optimization: metadata, scheduling, and formats tuned for each platform.
  5. Analytics-driven strategy: tracked performance in Facebook Business Manager, Metricool, Google Analytics, and GMB, then adjusted format and cadence.

Results

  • Facebook: 131,250+ impressions, 5,983 interactions, 165 posts published
  • Instagram: 16,980 impressions, 905 interactions, clear follower growth
  • Google My Business: 13,400+ searches, 15,800+ views, 478 website clicks, 30 calls, 17 direction requests
  • Website: 11,000+ pageviews and 7,000+ visits during active content cycles

The web series

  • HomeGrown Haunted (5 episodes): Tayden Bundy recounts local ghost stories while Matt and Jeni investigate Lincoln’s most reportedly haunted spots.
  • Food 411: Best Reuben in Lincoln (11 episodes) and Best Delivered Mac-N-Cheese (9 episodes): the team tastes and ranks local restaurants.
  • Small Business Saturday ‘21 (5 episodes), with United Way of the Midlands: spotlights on local shops and galleries.
  • WingFest community outreach highlights.

Cinematic narrative, high-volume delivery, and strategic platform work. That’s how I approach real estate and lifestyle brands.
