This edit began with a shared cloud-based asset library and a loosely defined narrative direction.
Working in DaVinci Resolve, I translated producer notes, interviews, and historical research into a clear editorial structure. Through detailed storyboarding, thematic mapping, and iterative note-taking, I unified two distinct perspectives into a single cohesive narrative celebrating the 100-year legacy of the Dundee Theater.

2nd Camera + Cull + Story + Color + Music
This project involved shaping an emotionally complex story told through multiple perspectives. Commissioned by KVNO Classical 90.7 in collaboration with Sunrise Productions and the Omaha Community Playhouse, I was brought on as a second camera operator and video editor.
Working in DaVinci Resolve, I first organized and rebuilt the asset library before editing three separate interviews into a cohesive narrative. I mapped intersecting story arcs, integrated supporting B-roll to reinforce tone and pacing, and handled color correction and sound design. I also created a time-compressed hyperlapse using LRTimelapse, grounding the final piece in both the emotional weight of the subject matter and the lived experience of the event.

As second shooter and editor, I shaped the film in DaVinci Resolve with a documentary-first approach. I broke the project down by story beats, organized B-roll into thematic folders, generated proxies for a smooth edit, and built a clear roadmap before touching pacing or color. That structure allowed the story to emerge naturally from the moments between the action.
